Ovation understands that all of the details involved in renting an apartment can be overwhelming at times.  Below please find some frequently asked questions and the answers you need.

WHAT FEES OR DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?

Although charges vary by property, the fees listed below are typical and required to reserve an apartment. Ovation accepts payment by check or major credit card for application fees, reservation fees and deposits.

Application and Reservation Fees
Application fees are non-refundable and paid by each applicant for verification of their information. Reservation fees vary by property If the application is approved, and the applicant fails to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, except for delays caused by the holding over of a prior resident, management will retain the Reservation Fee after a 24-hour time period. All move in money must be paid in certified funds (money order, cashier’s check).

Other fees may include, but are not limited to: Non-refundable Redecorating Fees, Amenity Fees, and Non-refundable Pet Fees. The Non-refundable Redecorating Fee is required to offset expenses incurred by management. If the application is rejected by management, the non-refundable fee will be refunded in full. If an applicant cancels after approval by management, the fee will be retained by management.
