MORE: CenterWell Senior Primary Care, formerly known as Partners in Primary Care, focuses on the physical, emotional and social needs of seniors. This model of care allows patients to receive many of their primary care needs, such as lab tests and check-ups, conveniently in one location. In addition to its newest location in Henderson, CenterWell operates 7 additional centers throughout the Valley – Fremont Street, North Rainbow, South Eastern, South Nellis, South Rainbow, Spring Valley and West Craig. Each CenterWell patient has access to board-certified, or eligible, physicians and care teams – behavioral health specialists, clinical pharmacists and resource coordinators – who have been specially trained to meet the unique healthcare needs of people 65 and older.
Each center features an activity center offering health education classes, fitness demonstrations and various activities designed specifically for seniors. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some activities are being conducted online. In-person tours of our centers are available by calling the center.
