Rich Worthington of Molasky Group passes leadership role to Terry Murphy of Strategic Solutions
The Downtown Las Vegas Alliance, a group of business owners and stakeholders who believe in reclaiming downtown as the locals’ center of culture, commerce and community, announced its new chairperson and executive committee on February 6, 2013.
The member-elected DLVA executive committee is now led by Chairperson/President Terry Murphy of Strategic Solutions. Sam Cherry of Cherry Development Group serves as vice chairperson/vice president. Rich Worthington, of the Molasky Group of Companies, serves as treasurer, while Eric Louttit of Forest City continues to serve as secretary. Officers at Large include Lisa Robinson of Four Queens/Binion’s, Jonathan Jossel of Tamares Real Estate Holdings, Inc. and Seth Schorr of Fifth Street Gaming.
Rich Worthington stepped down as DLVA Chairperson after five years. In recognition of Worthington’s leadership and service, Mayor Pro Tem Stavros Anthony read a proclamation from the city of Las Vegas declaring February 6, 2013, Rich Worthington Day.
